There are three bedrooms upstairs with one king sized bed and a single bed in the main bedroom, and one full-sized bed in each of the other two bedrooms.
The downstairs has a sitting room, living room, modern bathroom, dining room and a modern kitchen. There is a large deck overlooking the year round creek and natural habitat area. The house has been kept as original as possible, yet accommodating.
The Fenton House is a non-smoking residence and due to the sensitivity of the wildlife on the property, no pets please.
