Rental Polices & Accommodations
The Fenton House homestead has been completely restored and can be rented for a minimum of three nights at $300. per night or $1950. per week with a refundable deposit. These prices do not include Montana bed tax. We are open from the first of May through mid-October.
The home is filled with the original family heirlooms. Many pieces date back to the mid-1800s.
There are three bedrooms upstairs with one king sized bed and a single bed in the main bedroom, and one full-sized bed in each of the other two bedrooms. There are two fold-away beds downstairs for extra accommodations.
The downstairs has a sitting room, living room, modern bathroom, dining room and a
modern kitchen. There is a large deck overlooking the year round creek and natural habitat area. The house has been kept as original as possible, yet accommodating.
The Fenton House is a non-smoking residence and due to the sensitivity of the wildlife on the property, no pets please.
